RIC 324 (for possible prototype). Minor roughness on the obverse and struck from a somewhat worn reverse die, otherwise, about extremely fine.



The coin's style clearly denotes it as a contemporary 'barbarous' imitation. Furthermore, in the official Beata coinage, Crispus never appears with a radiate crown; neither RIC nor Alten & Zschucke listed any such examples in 2004.
